Still can't find it..

how to add the bag handles. One of them I know you just add about 2" of the right width stitching, put it through the slot, then sew to the inside. But I will be darned if can figure out the other type. I spent way too much time today searching for the answer on the web today. I bet it is out there, I am just not searching with the right keywords.

I worked on the Booga Bag today and the neverending Suede Shawl. Nothing exciting, just mindless knitting while watching Rudolph the Rednose Reindeer with Donovan. If only Rudolph had knit, he would have had more friends and not been an outcast. I am sure socks, mittens, scarves and hats would be very popular at the North Pole. Obsessesed with knitting, who me?

Today was Gimli, my Pembroke Welsh Corgi, first birthday. I gave him the last of the leftover Turkey as a treat. We also bought him a new toy. Yes he is spoiled, and he knows it.

It has been incredibly cold here for Southern Cal, it was 21 degrees last night. I know that is not really cold, but when you live in a log home with very little insulation, a wood stove for heat, and pipes that freeze it is very cold. I think I was a real clashing of old and new today as I huddled under a blanket, knitting, while I listened into a conference call on my headset phone while watching a Powerpoint Slide Presentation. The best of both worlds I think!
